Dear Booking.com,

I would like to inform about inauthentic people booked us several days booking and couldn't contact to us and didn't show up. How do we contact or how to avoid those fake bookings?

You have posted this on the partner forum so we are unable to help with a specific booking.  If you want to contact the booking.com help team use the Inbox icon on Extranet.  Make sure you mark the guest as a 'no show' otherwise you may be charged commission.

Unfortunately fake bookings do happen and are very frustrating.  It was something I had when I processed payments myself (mainly in cash) and if there was a no show I could do nothing about it.  I have since moved to letting booking.com process my payments.  They charge a small amount but worth it for the fact that the fake bookings stopped.
