The guest showed but didnt paid, our front desk ask them if they already settled the bill and they told that they paid online but no payment was made.

That's a situation where many guests think that they already paid because they gave their credit cards details on the time of booking. Your front desk should know if booking was already paid or not. You don't ask guests that. 


Why are credit card details hidden I don't know. Is your payment method set to cash only at the property? 


Is there a limited time frame to view CC details..
