Reservation cancelation
Hello. I have a question. My cancellation policy is set as follows: guest can cancel reservation for free minimum of 42 days before arrival. Yesterday, a guest who planned to come in 10 days cancelled reservation. Now i wonder will they pay full price or not? Thank you for your time.

Are they prepaid using Payments by BdC or directly to you?
If you click edit on the cancel policy, on the right pane is a 'Looking forf more options click here'.
now this new view will show you what is paid and when in terms on policy.
But if you never enabled prepayment nor payments by BdC. you wont receive any payment if they cancel anytime.
