Reservation cancellation
Hello, I have problem - guest make reservation and pay online, but the room type is not still available. I wrote to the guest, that this room is busy and asked do they want another type of room. But they don't answer and don't cancel reservation. Now they want get back money but I don't understand what I should to do, because is online payment and I don't get this money.
Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.
