Dear Booking.com Team,
we just tried to Charge the virtuell Card for 2 guests arriving today.

Both Cards did not go through and the Card System said no payment possible. We never had this before
with virtuell Cards from Booking.com.
Please can you help otherwise we Charge the guest directly when they arrive.
