Dear Sir/Madam,

This is regarding the booking of Mr *** reservation no is *** .This guest is No Show in our property last night (on 22.05.2021). While the marking no show in booking.com portal a popup window appeared which shows  would you decide to waive off cancellation fees? and by default it's already selected "NO" option then submit. By mistake I just clicked on the submit option without noticing it. Our property wants to waive off the cancellation fees.So you please don't charge the guest for cancellation fees as well as to our property for commission. Please do the needful. Looking forward to your response.
