Reservation in our hotel

i tried to call booking but its unreal. We have reservation in our hotel - Pałacyk leśny. We have trouble with water and guests didnt respond to our messages and calls. They have been one time in our hotel before and did the same thing. Cheated on us. They came and want a room, but we coulsnr give them, trying in our messages to cancelled the reservation 2 days before without pagony Antygony. No they come and now booking from 200 zł for this room, neeed to pay 766 zł for diffrent room that they rent. This is insane, we want to call and talk about this situation. We did everything correct, but this people made a mistake obce again.
