Reservation update/mistake

Hello dear Partner

We are having a problem with 1 reservation for 2 rooms for the Guest xxx, with the reservation number: ***, by mistake we did a Pre-Authorization instead of charging it and canceled it right away, we tried to charge it after and it say "Non Authorized", we are asking booking if another credit card number can be sent to charge the rooms.
