reservations canceled

Hi , please help me 

there were 2 overlapping reservations and we had to give up one

I requested the cancellation in order to benefit the guest of the free cancellation
the guest has not yet received the money back, how long does he receive the money?

  1. You cannot post action requests here, nothing will ever happen.
  2. Guest can cancel via the main website, and you get notification to confirm and waive allowing full refund on any checkout payment made, if any
  3. As partner you can also initiate the cancellation via the menu in the Reservation details page BUT should message or tell guest by message first so there is a record of it. then click Request Cancel and choose option 2, Guest is notified, must click to accept, and if prepaid at checkout of booking made, the system will refund.
  4. refund times are standard, up to 10 days, but typically 4-7 days.
  5. BEWARE : if guest talks to BdC CS and not you , you might end up with a relocation invoice, so if possible try relocate them yourself, unless they are cancelling their trip.



Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
