I have talked with your college today and I explained the situation.


We have the problem because we can not see this client reservation and we found that someone else opened account with the name of our apartments but just with different phone number and different mail address.


We want to be sure that we will receive the money from this client because he is going tomorrow?


Can you help me please to understand what is going on?

He payed and we do not have his transaction in our account,someone stealed our photos and opened other account, if you look you can see.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
