resort entrance fees
Hello,
The resort administration where my chalet is located impose entrance fees at the main gate before my guests get to my chalet (20 JD per Audult per stay, 10 JD per child per stay - 12 years and under).
How can notify my guest when they make there reservation as it not collected by me?

1. That is disgusting that they can get away with that, 'the resort admin'.
2. You would be better off factoring it into the rate or add it as an extra flat rate per booking, then you pay the resort, so the guest is not hassled by it on arrival.
3. If you still want to do it and have the guest pay on arrival directly at entrance, then open your message templates for New reservation and Check-in and add a succint paragraph covering it and the procedure.
