Restrictions pay

I write you about need to change pay in my apartments , generally many people pay with credit card, but many  chilean persons pay with transference, and if they want it , we need the pay make 2 days before their arrive to apartment, this is way , because many people say that make the pay and after cancel their booking, and I LOST TO HAVE ANOTHER BOOKING. 

i TRATED MANY TIMES TO CHANGE THIS WAY , BUT ABOUT THE SISTEM IS IMPOSIBLE.
