Risk free reservations, alterations on availability by Booking.com
I was signed up for the risk free reservations by Booiking.com as I suspect many were.
Ok, then. first booking guest actually stayed, no issue, second booking. Guest cancels and Booking.com say they are activiely looking for someone to fill the gap.
As the days go by, I notice that Booking.com have started to remove the days and the income by stating that we have availability restrictions, and they cant have anyone in on those days, effectively removing the income from us on their risk free reservation.
Thats underhand, and more to the point we can demonstrate there are no restrictions as shown by screenshots taken over the duration.
Anyone else have these issues?
no first time hearing of it, so i suspect you need to ring them and have them check all restrictions to show you where the culprit setting is.
do that first before venting at them.

tried that, they said they will pay me. How I asked, as you dont have my payment detaisl. Since then, radio silence. I've message them, sent plenty, and provided evidence of them moving the goalposts time after time.
Unscrupulous unethical actions on their part.
Annoyed does not come close.
