Sales Invoice Problem

Hello Good day, this is Elena from La Casa de Samonteza Lodging House. I would just like to ask where could I send a message or an email to the customer service representative of Booking.com because I had a problem with the our sales invoice. They actually sent us an actual invoice for the month of April but it doesn't reflect in my bank account up until now. I hope I would get a help you guys. Thank you so much and stay safe.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
