Setting Room Rates in Local Currency

Hi,

I am based in Nigeria. My rates currently are displayed in $USD.

This is not commercially convenient, because the guest pay me in Nigerian Naira (NGN), which creates a challenge due to inconsistent Exchange Rate.

How do I change this to display my room rates in Nigerian Naira, we commission invoices are correctly charged, and customers do not get the wrong rates, different from what is displayed online?

Assuming the property is in Nigeria, then you likely just need to message partner support to change it.

Reminder: Never post action requests, will never be seen nor actioned.

If needed, Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport ***

In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’.
Choose Account
Now choose Other
Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
