Small refund to guest
Due to a Booking.com error which they (unsurprisingly) refuse to take responsibility for, I need to refund a small amount to a previous guest*. Is there any way to do this via Extranet, or do I need to contact the guest directly for their bank details?
*Yes once again I'm paying for Booking's ineptitude
Update: a Booking.com agent has just contacted this guest and lied about what this sum was for (a 'completion charge' - which it absolutely is not)

it's something that booking.com make up when it suits them

Longish story! I increased my cleaning fee, a Booking.com glitch resulted in this new fee not being added to three new bookings (before it was fixed), Booking.com told me in writing that they would make up the difference, instead Booking.com charged the guest the difference in cleaning fee price and told them that it was a 'completion charge' - because I wasn't willing to let my guest pay for Booking.com's mistake I have now refunded the directly
