Smart Flexi Program compensation

 

We had a booking under SMart Flexi Program and as per our cancellation policy, we are supposed to get a full refund if guests cancel from their end for a nonrefundable rate. But from your end, you changed the payment policy. and now the guest canceled and we didn't get a replacement or compensation from you.

We also had numerous booking under SMart Flexi Program and as per our cancellation policy, we are supposed to get a full refund if guests cancel from their end for a nonrefundable rate. But Bookings.com is not honoring their agreement to pay us the fee for the cancellation if they didn't get a replacement for us. Bookings.com is not honoring their agreement for compensation and no matter how many times we asked for this dispute to be sorted out they keep sending us generic BOT replies or not even bother to reply.

 

Is this program working for any of you ? or is it a farce ?
