We use channel manager Guesty and Stripe for payments. I have recently added 2 new properties but I cant seem to get the payments working via Stripe. Stripe is seeing the bookings and creating an entry and that is being shown across is Guesty as usual, but its not taking the money? All our other properties work with stripe and we have no problems so I'm thinking I've missed something on the set up. We have done 2 *** bookings but no money arriving.
Anyone know what Im missing. I have tried called BDC to discuss but the lady couldnt help me?!

Have you spoken to Guesty Support ? what did they say?
