To stop or Amend Smart Flex reservations on our Property

Good Day 

We have been getting bookings that do not give us permission to take the deposit only a day after the reservations were made Smart Flex reservation? How can we Stop that option called Smart Flex reservation? Our site is created as a reservation comes in we take the Deposit of 50 % Via virtual credit card but the last 4 reservations that came in the state as Smart Flex reservation and deposit or payment can only be taken a day after arrival.
