suspension of account

No commnication from Booking.com at all. Booking.co debited all our invoice amount untill todate. june,july, august they never attapmted debit from our existing account & they treid diffenet account to debit . Not our fault. This is rediculas amd unproffessional,

I paid invoice, ages ago, now my account has been suspended. we have a problem with network coming and going so dont get verification code. I need to sort this out.
