TAX % change needed

Hi,

I called you a few days ago and ask to change TAX for our property.

Tax is now 10% and it needs to 0%.

We are privat guesthous and acordind finnish law we do not need to pay accomodation TAX.

Custome service told us that it will be done or you will contact us.

In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’.
Choose Account
Now choose Other
Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
