Technical difficulty message regarding payout

Goodday 

I was suppose to receive a payout for 2 booking in May. It's been more than 10 days since the guest has booked out. I received an message today saying there was a technical difficulty regarding my payout. And the next payout will only be on the 18 May now. Please explain what the technical difficulty was so that it does not be prompted again.

Same issue here and no specific information to know when they will fix it !

 Due to technical difficulty, your payout was not sent.Received today :( tried to call and have messaged. 

Frustrating. :(
