Terrible service
We had an outstanding invoice of $1,142..16
Booking,com acknowledge they have receipt but keep contacting us saying it unpaid
We have sent scanned copies of the payment incredibly they then asked what payment?
They continue ti do so it is like tike talking to a wall
Have any other partners noticed a substantial decline in what they laughing refer to as customer support?
A figment of imagination would be better description, out of desperation we are posting here hoping it might possibly stir a reaction
its a known issue but usually recconcilled in time.

Well if sending scanned copies of the receipt eight times over two weeks is not enough what is?
Support cannot contact finance they messages and told me to so when I pointed out the sent credit was still not posted

Phone? Booking,com call for two or three rings and hangs up before you can answer, presumably to save money, and then send an email saying they had tried t contact you... they should add.. not very hard.
The freephone number is not free from the Eastern Caribbean. Why should I pay to rectify your mistakes as a last resort to stop my page from being taken down?
It seems to have descended into what could best be described as administrative chaos and the sender of threatening emails when they cannot post credit in four weeks of receipt
