TOP rafting center

Hello,

we had a booking from a Slovenian client. Look at the reservation number: ***

They cancelled the reservation one day before the arrival. In my police is defined that if the reservation is closer then 5 days we get 100% of the promise price.

We wanted to get the money from the credit card but it didnt work.

How do I get my money?

contact partner support, but unless they prepaid BdC , you aint getting a penny

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
