trying to cancel a reservation arriving July 16 for *** *** but it is not letting me do it
Ms *** called hotel on 7/13/2020 to cxl her rez because the event is not happening, and being of age, afraid to travel due to covid-19 virus but she looks forward to coming back in the future and see family here in SC, refunding back entire amt that was charged to her CC.

You'll have to contact customer service to cancel this reservation. Cancellation requests must be received at least 48 hours before the guest's check in date.
