Trying to pay my invoices, 4 credit cards were refused nincluding Banamex which was accepted before, Scotiabank, American Express and Union Bank of California. All had plenty of money and correct information. Your system was the problem Please advise

Trying to pay my monthly invoice, the payment was refused by Banamex which was used for payments previously. before, then Scotiabank, Union Bank of California, American Express. All these accounts have sufficient money, but the booking.com system was not compatible with the payments. I took me two months to finally set up the payment system through the finance department who ignored several correspondences through the Extranet but finally changed my payment method. I did finally make the payment through PayPal but paid a substantial exchange rate adjustment. Again, this is the finance department, and I would appreciate it if someone in management would contact6 them so I can pay my monthly invoices form my Mexican bank accounts, Scotiabank and Banamex.

I do appreciate that my inability to pay my invoices has ben posted, but I would really appreciate if someone in booking.com's management would read the situation and initiate a solution. I am not looking for a "forum"

  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
