Two people staying in a single room & towel theft
My guest who booked a single room has just left with her partner, I questioned her saying I thought the room booking was for a single room! She said no for the two of them, I thought it might have been a genuine mistake that happens but now I realise they also stole a towel. Can Booking.com get the extra money off them after the booking date or take extra for the theft? I know I'm being petty as they were really nice but also driving a brand new Range Rover so it's not as though they couldn't afford it. We are only a small independent B&B.
I have had the same happen twice this week,
a family that booked a triple room but a couple with 3 kids showed up and they didn't sound shocked at all and didn't offer to pay more or apologise in any way!
A couple that showed up, they had only payed for a single room and the same as the family they didn't sound shocked at all and didn't offer to pay more or apologise in any way!
So I wonder if people is doing this on purpose!
How do I tackle this?
Hi you make them pay the difference or refuse admission simple as that
