Unable to cancel a reservation
Hi there
I have a property in Italy, we have a booking for mid-May, our guest wants to cancel her reservation, which we completely understand due to the current circumstances. She has already paid Booking.com but she has been unable to cancel or get a refund. I have tried to cancel from my side, but I do not have the option either. Please advice.
