undeclared guests

Just wondering, if BDC is processing my payments from guests and the guests turn up with more people than they booked for, how do I go about collecting the extra fee for extra guests.  Keep getting hung up on the phone and can't seem to find chat function for support.

The simple answer is you dont. 

Are you setup as a whole unit or occupancy rate based?


As you did not add your booking.com listing link into your profile we cant see it.

While Room Details or Property Layout does let you define the bedrooms ,and add a optional cost for extra beds, if you are not using occupancy based pricing, then you will only get the whole unit rate shown when they search

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
