Underpayment from Indue Ltd (Booking.com) on 5th March, 2021

I received a payment on the 5th of March for $296.42.   This would appear that I have been charged a considerably higher percentage of the standard 14-15%.  Could you please check this for me and refund my account with the balance that would therefore be owing?  Many thanks Jillian Maher

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
