Unexpected arrival???!!!

We had a guest arrive yesterday evening that was totally unexpected as our property show we are 'Not Bookable' on Booking.com!!??

Can you tell me how it's been possible to book this directly with you or was it via a sub agent?

How do we receive payment and how much have you charged?
