Update bank detail

Hello sir,

how to edit bank detail? I already sing in with pulse but always fail. I have 2 property, but actually only 1. One of them without bank datail. I have revenue for last week not received yet because bank detail is on other property, please advise me

Pulse is limited features you should only use the extranet on pc Web browser for full functionality. 


No action will be taken, contact Partner Support directly.



Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
