I had on Monday 08.07.19 one big issue with one booking and i called booking hotline and i spoke with Jamal A. he was very good and very helpful and now i am tryieng to call your hotline for the last 3 hours but there is no respone and i am waiting and waiting if you can follow up mr Jamal and can request him to call me back bcs he know allready the matters would be great other wise i will apreciate if someone will call me back thanks
