Urgent issue with fraudulent booking

I had a guest stay at one of our properties whom booked the first stay and then extended and booked a second range of dates straight after. Part way through the stay I was notified by neighbours the house was vacant with windows wide open on every floor and the doors not secured. There was damage to the house, evidence of smoking, drugs and after I contacted them to discuss via a text they told me a story about a family emergency and then never returned. I have since had ALL the monies taken out of my account through our payment provider and been accused of taking money without their consent and with no goods in return. I need to speak to someone urgently. I raised a complaint over a week ago as I could not get in touch via any means in the partners log in or via Pulse app. I haven’t even had an acknowledgment of this. Booking.com are meant to be our partners, I feel very let down, you are currently billing me for your commission yet you are meant to be authorising and verifying your clients, there is no evidence of this. Please can someone contact me to discuss and offer support in this matter. Thank you
