Urgent Supervisor Contact

I urgently need a supervisor to contact me. I have gone through the call centre many times but I seriously need a supervisor as they seem to be the only ones who can enact any change. 

How can I do so? The lack of responsiveness suggests this is going to be impossible.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport ***

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Hi, thanks - I have been using this but hardly ever get a response and never get through to a supervisor. They even told me that they can't pass me on to anyone else so was hoping there was an alternative
