VAT
Good afternoon,
I just saw that out price include VAT however our company does not attract VAT yet. I am not able to change that. Why is that? Also my settings with refundable and non refundable stays are wrong. for 2 people I can have only refundable stays. I don't know how to change that..

There are some settings that you need to contact booking.com to change. Email them using the Inbox icon on Extranet or give them a call.
