VAT on bookings - are we all liable for this?
Hello everybody,
My friend just sent me this link about VAT not being paid to whoever it should be. On our bookings it says VAT included but who pays the VAT? Does it come out of our commission? I thought one had to earn a certain amount before being liable for VAT.

Yes, you do have to earn a certain amount before being liable for VAT. Check it out on the customs website for your country. If you do need to pay then it is up to you to pay it but you then be charging it to customers first.
