I have a problem with billing via virtual card, My -view credit card details- button has not been unlocked, And it says that my acount is "not set up to view this information" Also, when I check Credit Card via Reservation options it says: "Your guests credit card details arent available. The credit card cannot be shown"

Have you actualy setu pa payment method with BdC at all?


By default it is only on arrival direct payment from guest, assuming you have done nothing.


As for BdC issued VCC, did you actually enable or request this?


As per the Frequently Asked Questions, VCC info is not accessible until Day 2 after arrival.


Next Action :Give them a phone call to confirm how you are setup for payment first
