Hi Sam,

this is a common misconception, so throwing shade, venting here is utterly pointless, as they will never see any of this.

Make sure you have at least detailed it all and sent that as a message to Partner Support (not Customer Support , that is for guests, not partners).

Once it has been sent phone PS team (again PS not CS), to follow up.

Yes the finance team are normal work hours of their local time not yours. There is an email option for them too in finance overview. Can send copy of same message too.

"a vcc was there to use, but NO the card was never every uploaded"

That statement is a mess , please spell it out better, thanks

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
