VCC cards not able to charge as your system is down

Hi Could you advice why your VCC cards are not able to be charged .

Is payment secured for hotel ?

Typically VCC are only chargeable on check out days.

Indeed VCC are a secure payment, as if the guest decides to select "Pay Now" while making the reservation, we will charge their credit card and the property will be able to take the payment after it, depending on the type of cancellation policy linked to the reservation itself.

If you aren't able to charge the VCC , please make sure you are:

- Putting the correct amount in the POS.;

- You need to release the pre-authorization;

- Charge what left of it in case you have pre-authorized.

In case you haven't done any of these actions, it might be that you are also affected with the current bug that we have with the VCC, so we suggest you to try again it in few days.
