VCC - Declined
We have guests check out today and the vcc provided for their booking has been declined. I know you have changed it to 1 day after arrival but the guests have npw left and the card is still active but declined?? Tried calling you but to no avail. Please let us know as Ill have to contact guest for payment. Thank You.

Advisory : VCC not active until after check-in date, and FAQ
Current advisory is to retry tomorrow and then if still issue, use the Extranet > inbox >booking messages, to send message , with booking number.
Note: There is high volume of calls and messages so it will take some time, possibly days before you get a response so please manage realistic expectations.
