VCC - Virtual Credit Cards
Hello everyone!
Last month, 5 of my reservations with VCC were charged by a third party. Booking.com has identified the problem, even identified whoever charged (at least) one of the VCCs, but the problem is yet to be solved - meaning that I didn't get the funds from those reservations. Did this happen to anyone else & how did you solve it?

I asked if anyone had been through a similar experience. I believe this is exactly why this forum exists. Unfortunately, Booking has done nothing for me, regarding these cases.
