Vertual card Details

Dear Team

Greetings!!!

We would like to inform to know you that, We have disabled the virtual payment option on the extranet but still that option is active.

Today we have received a booking who already paid to booking.com. We do not have any option to credit that payment into our account through the bank details and cvv code. We do not able to entertain such these bookings.

This is not the BDC customer support helpline and BDC are only here to police/ administer the forum!

So regarding your issue of the virtual payment you are not going to find the answer here and you need to contact BDC support via the entranet/inbox or the dedicated contact number for partner support.
