Dear Partner,

we have several reservations with charged virtual card. Two of them will change the dates of travel for next year, but did not let us know the exact dates yet. When we should pay the commission for them? 

Also for the charged VCC, and guest cancel the reservation, how does ut work?

I wouldn't expect you to pay commission until after they have stayed but that may depend on whether they have paid in advance and your payment terms.  Contact the booking.com help team using the Inbox icon on Extranet and confirm with them.

Existing reservation using a VCC. 


Is the VCC issued by BDc or guest?


Two of these will accept new dates for 2021 and have yet to be set by Guest.


Next steps:

You must set a time limit for the guest to pick change of dates.

Once you have the new dates, see if the Change reservation dates function is active.


If the original reservation check-in date has passed you will have to contact BdC support team directly either phone or message :

If you do not do this in a timely manner the booking , not marked as no show , will pay you via vcc and then you will be issued a invoice monthly.


As to when are invoices due you will get an alert on Extranet under Finance menu.
