We have tried on several occasions to get explained how to get our money, or just simply to get paid for 2 customers who paid through virtual card. We do not get any help from anybody at Booking.com Why is this?
We would like to get refunded (to our bank account) the amount on the virtual cards.
Is there anybody at Booking.com able to help us?
We are suffering problems with the cards our selves and we are on hold for 3 months, even our account manager is not reachable to deal with this issue
