I spoke with a customer service rep earlier in regard to a hotel stay improperly charged. Can someone please assist me with getting an accurate virtual card to correct the payment for the guest?

Hi, I'm confused about how the pricing appears for my property. It sleeps up to 6, but I don't want more than 4 adults. I want the pricing as follows. 4 adults

In my payments there are taxes as "ΦΠΑ 13%" and "municipal tax 0,5%" but these taxes are for hotels and I'm private host. Can be removed?
