Virtual card and cancellation

We had a reservation for 03.08.21 - 13.08.21 and the virtual card would be activated on August 4th. The customer requested free cancellation and we confirmed it for free. What process do we have  to follow in order  to refund the guest? Thank you in advance.

So long as you have not taken funds from the VCC nothing to do other than either:

 

  • Guest logs on to thie r account and requests cancellation, and waive fee.
  • Partner logs on to Extranet , on their details page Request Cancelation, choose option 2, guest notified and clicks to acknowledge. done

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
