Virtual card low balance

Hello, 

I have received a new booking with a total cost of 350 euro. However, virtual card balance says there are only 30.80 in there. 

Why is this happening? Is that virtual card going to have the full amount for the full amount when it gets enabled, 1 day after the check in?
