Virtual card trouble

Hi. why can I not charge the virtual card? Booking nr. 2917132210, I also did try to charge the card for the guest that will sty here next night an did get the same message.  100 Do not honor.

I already tried to lower the amound.

Sorry if my english is not good, it would be nice to have someone how speak icelandic to help me.
