Virtual cards, withdrawing payments
Hello Booking Team,
I would like to ask you for help in this awkward case. I have a list of five bookings where I have stacked 1715 euros in total on different virtual cards. As far as I know the only way I can transfer this sum from the Booking account is the POS terminal. I live in Montenegro and there is no way I can receive the terminal in the bank because the bank can not provide enough terminals for the clients, so there is no way for me to resolve this except asking you guys for helping me out here.
I am pretty frustrated about the bank actions but I'm sure that there is another workaround which can help me to get paid. Another frustration is that I can't send a ticket to a resolution center. The system is constantly giving me errors even if all fields are fulfilled.
